1972 Gibson EB-0 wiring loom. Volume pot is 500kΩ audio taper, numbered 1377215, (which signifies it was made by CTS in week 15 of 1972) with part number 70024. Tone pot is 250kΩ audio, numbered 1346614, (made by Centralab in week 14 of 1966) with part number BA-811-3701. Both of these pots have a short-shaft (9/16") for mounting on thinner control plates rather than through body wood.

Prior to the 1970s, EB-0 circuits generally used two 500kΩ pots - or to a lesser extent a 500kΩ volume pot and a 250kΩ tone pot (for example see a 1964 EB-0; which actually has a rather similar circuit to the bass shown here). In the early seventies the 250kΩ tone pot became standard.
