Gibson late 60s EB humbucker (1966-69)Gibson bass parts > pickupsThe pickup is not attached to the body. A piece of foam sits below the pickup pushing it up, whilst the pickup cover holds it in place. Very simple. In the second half of the sixties, Gibson started using plastic bobbins to wind the EB humbuckers, and that is evident here. More pics of this 1969 EB-0 |   |
