Gibson Victory Artist wiring photographs
Electrical components on the Gibson Victory Artist are accessible by removing the pickguard.
The controls and majority of the circuitry are attached to the scratchplate. There is a printed circuit board that holds the mode switch, treble and bass controls. There is also a coil choke attached to the body of the bass. There are actually two subtley different versions of this circuit, the first (that we shall call Rev A) is seldom seen compared to the second, Rev B. For more details of these differences, see the Gibson Victory Artist schematic page. |

Gibson Victory Artist Rev A circuitry. Note the passive/active toggle switch is NOT soldered directly to the pcb, and both this and the pickup selector switch look identical |
Gibson Victory Artist Rev B printed circuit board. The passive/active switch is now mounted to this board. The two stacked pots are marked HA1101. |
